We love using uncommon ingredients to provide balance in our beer. To achieve this in Oakey Dokey, we blended three types of toasted wood. Tropical flavors from the yellow birch, traditional toasted oak character from the French oak, and subtle notes of vanilla and sweet baked bread from the American oak meld to create a very smooth and unique IPA. To top off the aroma, we add a fresh dry-hopping of Centennial hops. Drink this beer fresh for optimal enjoyment!
