As our production and maintenance guy here at the brewery, Tom kept his beer nice and focused: a strictly Citra,
single-hop IPA. This batch of Tom's finest hits the glass coppery-gold with a loose, off white head, kicking out
huge tropical fruit and lime aromas with fruity ester notes from the British ESB yeast strain. The medium-light
body delivers assertive orange, lime, and grapefruit flavors, followed by hints of biscuity malt. Altogether, My
Turn: Tom makes for a bold, hoppy, yet refreshing summer sipper.
Tom will pair his beer with a candy bar after a long day, but My Turn: Tom will go farther than that. The Citra hop
profile marries well with a plate of grilled pork or chicken, mango, and papaya kebabs. This IPA will wash down
a grilled Portobello mushroom buger with melted Wisconsin cheddar cheese nicely, too.
