Knuth Red House Ale is named after our old, red house where we first started homebrewing and is one of our favorites. It is brewed using all natural ingredients, nothing artificial. A healthy dose of caramel malt is used to give it a rich amber color. Hallertau, Cascade, and Perle hops are used in this recipe and you can expect this beer to have a nice smooth flavor without being too bitter.
