Long before the volcanic eruption reshaped the landscape, Lesvos was home to colossal creatures like Witty the deinotherium. Today Witty lives on-not as prehistoric giant but as a traditional weiss beer delighting the senses with rich aromas of banana and vanilla. Inspired by Lesvos' hedonistic heritage and led by deep experimental intentions we believe our beer is characterized by the highest quality ingredients as well as the exclusiveness of its flavour.
