Splitting this bourbon barrel we picked up in Bozeman with my son-in-law. This has a nice mellow taste that has bourbon, vanilla, oak with light toffee and dark fruit that leans towards fig/dates. It is thin and sweet. The bourbon gets a little stronger as you finish. Overall a really nice smooth bourbon barrel which good flavor.
