Finishing off my batch of this tasty Chinese beer this evening; it’s a premium pale lager with a crisp, clean and robust taste with a soft bready malt sweetness balanced by a light herbal hop bitterness. Unlike a standard Tsingtao, this version features a fuller flavour and a significantly drier crisp finish. The grain base leads with a distinct malt presence, offering notes of toasted dough, biscuits and a delicate touch of honey or sweetcorn. The sweetness is quickly rounded off by classic imported European hops that introduce clean, earthy and spicy or floral notes. The beer concludes with a refreshing bone dry finish and a crisp carbonic bite that cleanly washes over the palate.

A delicious pale lager with an aroma of light grains, toasted bread, and subtle floral or herbal hops. The taste has a soft doughy malt base with hints of honey, sweetcorn and a touch of fruitiness. The finish is crisp and clean, with a gentle hoppy zing that does not leave a bitter or heavy aftertaste.
