A collaboration with Ølsmia and Kveik Yeastery. Saturated with Citra and Rakau hops. Mash and whirlpool hops on the hot side. Stalljen yeast. Biotransformation dry hoped, with another two big dry hop additions for good measure. Brewed on site.

Full and medium plus dry body. Fruits and yeast.
Aftertaste intensifies the yeasty tones. Having hard time naming individual fruits, so let's settle saying fruity yeast taste to it. Alcohol clearly present as a taste, fullness and warmth.
Pleasant and positively different.
