Flight 6/6 wears a murky, deep dark brown gown. The foam is silky moussy and fawn. And covers the glass like there's no tomorrow. Raw cacao bean, faint coffee and a timid proposal of nut emanate to my nostrils. Could it be almond? The gustatory spectrum offers raw cacao powder, Turkish coffee, raw chocolate, toasted rye flour, a suggestion of brown sugar and a nutty note. Still not convinced about my analysis of the nut but my best guess now is almond. The impression left behind is soft, smooth, roasty, lip-glueing but also drying. Super balanced, an easy sipper.
