We are at Whiskey River Ranch in Texas for our annual SOTS reunion. This is our 36th gathering on the Guadalupe river. This is entry number one into our best beer contest. Medium dark color, sweet aroma. Begins with a sour-sweet taste, dry grain texture, brings a touch of roast. Turns even more dry in the finish. Finish also has a citus pith bitterness.
