THE DOORWAY EFFECT. 🗝️ An 8% New England DIPA brewed in collaboration with Left Handed Giant Earlier this year, and by pure coincidence, both breweries selected identical lots of Mosaic & Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) and Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, NZ). From there, the doors opened, and the recipes diverged. The result is two distinct 8% DIPAs that explore the wildly different consequences our brewing choices can have. Our half of the story, ‘The Doorway Effect’, lands today on the webshop. It’s a big, hoppy monster of a DIPA designed to showcase the vibrancy of these specific lots. Expect saturated hop aroma and a rounded mouthfeel. It’s bright, zippy, juicy, and even a little wild around the edges.
