Using our American Pale Ale as its base, we've added fresh Serrano and some whole Black Peppercorns and allowed those flavors a bit of time to acquaint themselves.  Saying this beer is somewhat aggressive could be telling a bit of a fib. However, it's all there. As a rule of thumb, Pale Ales go great with spicy foods, we've just happened to combine the two!
