Blonde ale finished very dry with apple cider juice from They's orchards in Luxemburg. Then barrel aged with cherries from Northern Door County. The cherries re-ferment in a Jefferson bourbon barrel giving it an additional dry, tart, almost wine like character, while the barrel imparts rich oak flavors. Approximate abv. 6.5%
