Clever Tyrant is our IPA. Weighing in at 7.5% ABV, it's made with Centennial, UK Pilgrim, and AU Stella hops. Centennial is familiar to many, but UK Pilgrim is a hop we hadn't used before. It's a high alpha hop developed in the UK. Stella is a hop from Australia that actually has genetic roots in France (hence the Voltaire association).
