Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. So tropical fusion actually isn’t a new hop per say. Long story short, Freestyle hops was sent some new plants to grow, little did they know, the order was not a single variety but a whole bunch of different ones, but they only found out once they planted the hops and they started to grow… and look very different from one another.
