6.7% India Pale Ale
Metsik IDA at 6.7% abv is our classic American IPA brewed with the finest British Pale ale malt and a touch of Munich malt for a deeper grain character and an orange tinted yellow color. In Metsik IDA we added a combination of 5 amazing hops (Columbus, Chinook, Citra, Vic Secret and Azacca) and most of them as dry-hops at a rate of 10 grams/L.

Nyt on maukas, reippaasti havua ja greippiä, pitkä ja kuiva katkeroinen jälkimaku. Menee kylmänäkin ja todennäköisesti oiva tulisen/rasvaisen ruoan kaveri. Jos hinta on kohdallaan, niin näitä pitänee ostaa lisää.

Mainio tuttavuus Viron reissulta. Hyvä perus ipa, mutta sympaattinen, koska poljettiin juuri panimon ja taproomin ohi.

Medium plus full and medium plus dry body. Overripe fruits with a bit daft tone of resins. Apricot and grapefruit at least present, added with resins. Aftertaste adds moderate bitters which still stays as a undertone. Resinous tones rises to top accompanied with some woody notes. Unfortunately this brewery so far hasn't matched my taste and this beer didn't manage to change that either.

Raskas katkero, ei voimakas, mutta raskas. Havuinen ja maltainen. Ipan peruselementit löytyy, mutta on jotenkin runsas.
