Single Hop Series - Simcoe
4.4% Session IPA
Session IPA single hopped with Simcoe. Bright, confident and unmistakably IPA. Simcoe brings zesty citrus peel, ripe apricot and that signature gentle pine edge. Balanced by a soft malt body and clean bitterness, this one leans classic West Coast in character but stays sessionable and smooth.

Still a decent drink, same details as before. An enjoyable drink and a good session ale that's totally quaffable.

Cracker of a drink: nice citrus aroma with a slight piney note mixed in, similar taste profile, but with a nice malty background. Slight hoppiness leads to a subtle sweet finish, balanced with a nice bitter aftertaste. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale that's totally quaffable.
