This should not work. It just shouldn’t. But it does, and it does it so well. It’s like a smooth hazy IPA and a pina collada had a lovechild. The fruity flavours are so well balanced along with the ale, and I can only describe this as being brewed by someone who truly cares for their product. It takes a skilled hand to blend these flavours in a way that doesn’t overwhelm the palette, and just tastes great. The fruit smoothly hits first with pineapple and coconut, then banana hits next followed by the beautiful reminder that this is a brewed ale. I’d recommend this to be chilled and drank in the summer.
