This blonde ale is inspired by the minors, or working class, ales of hainaut. This white is brewed with belgian pilsner malt, white winter wheat, rolled oats, and lightly hopped with imported czhek saaz. We brew this beer with extremely soft water in order to create a mouth feel that matches the effects of the oats. Full of sweet bready notes with a nice creamy body, yet finishes clean and dry.

Very light brass beer which is faintly even tilting towards green. Hmmm... neat. Medium carbonation. Thin white top of medium duration. Tropical fruity orange fragrance. Tastes distinct wheat bread, also orange, lime, pineapple, a bit of mango and banana, and some Belgian yeast. Thin to medium body. Finishes with grapefruit and pineaaple. Fresh, easy, thin, tropical, juicy palate.
