Quite possibly one of the most ambitious beers of the year executed to perfection by one of the countries most progressive breweries. A Berliner Weisse brewed to mimic the flavour of Greek Tzatziki Sauce, flavours of yoghurt, mint and cucumber are expertly merged with the clean tart and sour character to create a mind boggling feast of flavour and sensation.

This is wild. Dunno why it's nice because it literally tastes of tzatziki.

What a surprise this was. So clean and fresh on the nose and taste. Sour as you like. Tasting of yoghurt, cucumber and mint. Really really good.

Odd cucumber sour. Very unusual, but odder yet was watching a guy try 2.5 million scoville unit chilli sauce!

A l’odeur un thé vert en bouche un thé citron l’acidité n’est pas trop forte et ça n’enlève pas le charme de la bière assez agréable et rafraîchissante

A refreshing sour with clean cucumber and yoghurt dominating. One of the strangest beers I've drunk but would definitely have it again. Refreshing on the first warm evening of the year!
