Dark brown beer, moderately geared towards red. The top is creamy, cappucino colored and of medium duration. It leaves lace ring on the side of the glass. Fragrance contains raw chocolate, brown sugar and syrup. Tastes slightly sourish, smoky roasted, bitter chocolate and a bit of ham. Light to medium body. Short, smoky, fruity finish. Easy, light palate.
