HOPS -
Barbe Rouge: Named 'red beard' in French after its red bine, Barbe Rouge was bred from Strisselspalt. In addition to its red bine, Barbe Rouge offers rounded red fruit and hedgerow aromatics to the beer.
Belma: A very clean hop suitable for a wide range of styles Belma® is extremely fruity with orange, slight grapefruit, pineapple, strawberry and melon all present.
Nelson Sauvin: Developed at Hort Research and released in 2000,
this variety was bred from New Zealand Smooth cone and a New Zealand male. Its distinct gooseberry aroma is a descriptor often associated with the Sauvignon Blanc grape - hence the name Nelson Sauvin™™

Decent drink with a nice fruity aroma and creamy mouthfeel, which leads onto a nice raspberry fruit taste with a subtle grape tang. Slight hoppiness mixed in, leading to a tart finish, but with a slightly sweet aftertaste. A good session ale.
