Nice cloudy orange color. Low carbonation.
The smell has citrus aromas, a hint of passion fruit and a bit of pine. .8
As soon as it’s in the mouth we can feel the onctuosity. It has a gentle citrus attack. .9
Then some passion fruit notes develop. We still have the citrus notes. The combination of the citrus and passion fruit notes offer a nice complexity. .9
The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness while keeping the previous notes. The citrus faints a bit to give more space to the passion fruit. We also have lactose notes and a onctuous milky feeling. Nice! .9
Overall, that’s a complex yet balanced beer. We get a nice onctuosity throughout the degustation thanks to the lactose. The regular tastes of an IPA are also present. That makes it a very good milkshake IPA! .9
