This an Italian style Pilsner. Has floral and slightly herbal hops. Has a sweet doughy malt. It is surprisingly pretty balanced between them leaning just a tad to the hoppy side. This one is a little cloudy. I’m assuming this is unfiltered too. Overall this is balanced. Greatest Pilsner in the world, no. Serviceable but not a seeker. Border 3.5 / 3.6. Went 3.6 since they are from Philly. 4/14/25 date on the can. Not a fresh one either.
