After-sauna refreshment #2. This beer wears lucid, pale gold. Decent carbonation. The frothy crown is shallow and melts fast to a gossamer ring on the sides. The nose finds wheat malt, biscuit and lemongrass. Nice. The taste profile is composed of somewhat fruity flavors, such as grapefruit pith, lemongrass and lemon peel as well as bitter wheat malt. The body is light. Not thin. The finish is bitter citrusy and wheaty, not much different from the actual taste though. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, tangy, a tad dry and drying.
