We created a base with a soft, velvety body thanks to the generous amount of oats, yet with a balanced bitterness that balances the drinkability and the warm, sweet notes of vanilla. The vanilla seeds and pods were added cold to the post-fermentation beer; the prolonged contact allowed us to extract their diverse aromatic facets. Serve at >12°C.
