This blonde is blond, indeed. Pale straw, faintly milky, basically transparent. Obedient carbonation. A soft white froth that exceeds one finger and retreats to the sides fairly quickly. The scent is distinctly floral. And weedy, even slightly cannabic. Like roadside vegetation. I often get this kind of fragrance in my "Small Beer" series. The elements are: cannabis, something floral that could be goutweed or willowherb, lemon zest, pith, coriander seed, wheat malt and grass. Matches the name perfectly! The floral touch is still present albeit somewhat more restrained: grassy, goutweedy, lemony, also pithy and wheaty. Surprisingly refreshing and not that odd anyway. The body is light. The finish lifts the bitter flavors more to the center, still being floral and lemony. Lingers pretty long in the mouth. The mouthfeel is light, floral, a bit tangy, dank, pithy and also zesty. Refreshing, too. Not something that I would come across every day. Interesting!
