Pilsner goes well with the spring weather 🌞 This one is transparent, deep yellow. Bold carbonation. The head is tall, exceeding four fingers. The short retention pulls the froth down to a moldy lacing. White ornaments are left behind. The olfactory provision is quite unique, like a merger of grainy malt and fruity elements. The fruits include peach, grapefruit zest and carambola. The gustatory sphere is an equally interesting concoction. Pretty much the same components. I find peach, pink grapefruit, a bit of tangerine, carambola and distant pineapple. And, of course, a good load of grainy malt. The body is light. The finishing line is crossed with a cocktail of grainy malt and fruits where the sweetest flavors have been abandoned. The sensation is light, soft, smooth, juicy and even marginally tropical. The end also gives a moderately drying feeling. Innovative, for sure.
