Transparent, considerably pale green, champagne hued cider. Sparkling carbonation unleashes a hasty head that soon becomes a gossamer lace ring. Both apple and pear juice in the scent. Natural, not sour despite the name. The sourness gets elevated a bit on the tongue. Pear is recognizable although apple pulp is more prominent here. A faint salty twist lingers behind. Feels light, pulpy, juicy, sparkling and refreshing. Quite natural.
