Our final release celebrating a decade of Faith, and we caved to some pressure from Brian and let him make our favourite Hazy Pale into his favourite beer style, a Black IPA! Dark Faith is still jam packed full of Citra and Mosaic for those classic juicy tropical notes that Faith is known for and maintains a familiar full texture courtesy of customary oats and wheat. But we’ve also added in some Crystal, Chocolate Malt and Carafa Spezial 3 to bring a balanced depth to the brew, without introducing too much sweetness. Close your eyes, take a sip, and think of Faith.
