This is an Italian style Pilsner. This has a very bready and doughy malt. This has very light herbal hops with a touch of grass but mainly in the background. Very crushable. This was really nice. It’s a malty but being a pizza “Slice Shop” it does not shock me that it’s bready and doughy. No date on the can.
