Amber Ale
4.8% Red Ale / Amber Ale
Our Amber ale is a malt driven beer, using a medley of malts to produce a rich copper coloured ale. Toffee aroma on the nose is followed by a balanced, light caramel mouthfeel. We have used a contemporary variety of German hops to introduce a rich bitter orange peel character to the back of the palate , that compliments the malt flavours perfectly. Formerly known as 'Pagans Pillar'.

Nice golden/amberish colour. Sweet aroma with hints of caramel. Taste is nicely balanced between sweet and hoppy, slight bittery aftertaste of caramel.
