Misty straw is the tint. Reticent carbonation. A tiny-bubbled froth climbs two fingers high and dissipates quickly to a modest lace ring. The scent is fruity: mango, mandarin, pink grapefruit and lemon pith. Suggestions of coconut and biscuit round the corners, if any. The taste profile is still fruity but the citrusy segment grows at the expense of the softer tropical nuances. I'm getting grapefruit and lime zest, a bit of lemon pith, raw carambola, faint coconut and a minty flick. No real biscuity support on the tongue anymore. The body is light. The end is gentle citrusy, not bitter, and dies hastily. The sensation is light, zesty, moderately pithy, distantly dry and balanced. Relatively gentle, as well. A good piece for a non-alc.
