Très réussi pour sans alcool ! Belle surprise !

🇧🇪 La Rubus en version sans alcool. Bonne surprise, ce n'est pas trop sucré, framboise bien présente, bien sympa.

Ultra pétillante de fines bulles, mousse tenace qui tient tout au long de la dégustation. Framboise bien présente sans trop de sucre et avec une légère amertume. Réel plaisir pour une parfumée à 0%.

Raspberry beer – threat or opportunity? Let's find out! The appearance is deep ruby. And transparent. Decent carbonation although the emerging head shoots fairly high, almost four fingers. The froth colors pink, or petal pink, to be more precise. Sustained, as well. Sweet raspberry juice in the air. Almost jam-like. Very fresh, sweet garden raspberry, not like a sourish wild one. The raspberry juice is obvious also on the tongue. Nevertheless, the level of sweetness decreases but doesn't fade away though. Still sweet-leaning but manageable. I'd say. Maybe a hint of cranberry, as well, but no malt. And definitely no hops. At all. Feels light, extremely juicy (surprised?), gardeny and summery. Unbeery, no doubt about it. Enjoyable? Well, depends on the mood. Goes as a curiosity. Could probably tango with a chocolate cake or vanilla icecream but not anything like meat, fish or vegan. What about the initial dilemma: threat or opportunity? Not really an opportunity but maybe not a threat either. At least not a big threat. I keep it neutral.

Elle est bonne, bien fruitée sans trop de sucre. Le tout sans alcool. Pas mal 👍🏼
