A nice find by my wife today when she stopped in GT Ales' brewery on her way back from Devon. Although this beer is bottle conditioned, it has been well kept and doesn't mar the flavour at all. Subtle malts give way to a lovely hop hit, with a slight bitterness at the end. Very nice.
