Beer with elderberries, a brilliant red color. It has a slightly fruity, malty taste with a caramel note. This beer was created in homage to the revolt of the Bretons of 1675. The latter revolted against the royal power which imposed new taxes without the agreement of the parliament of Brittany. The rebels chose as their rallying sign the famous red cap, symbol of freedom.
