Christmas Advent beer #11. This is probably the best Modelo I’ve had. This leans towards the malty side that has a toasted caramel, toasted bread, lightly nutty taste with a light+ fruitiness that leans towards apple. Has some earthy and herbal hops giving some bitterness that helps tame the malty sweetness so you’re not dealing with a malt bomb. Overall I was very surprised how good this beer was. It doesn’t blow you away but it’s a nice tasty beer that you can put a few down without getting tired of it. I’m going to look for this as I haven’t seen it around. No date on the bottle.
