Weather is still cold but what else You can expect in February. Saison is a rare beer type to be found, let's try. Cloudy amber colored beer, thin and fast foam that disappears completely in no time. Scent is spicy, mostly to coriander, promised cinnamon is hard to find. Also scents of berries, cranberry and lingonberry. Taste is smooth even that this is spicy, again mostly to coriander. The taste of berries are the ones mentioned in scent. Orange can be found too. Yeasty taste appears in afterglide. Not bad, surprisingly pleasant.

Medium light and medium dry body. A bit watery feel to it. Coriander and cranberry mostly on top. Aftertaste adds faint orange peel yet I am not able to find the cinnamon told to be present on the lable. There seems to have been an idea in the making of this, but the end result leaves unfortunately rather disappointed.

Tummaa, sameaa ja simamaisesti kuplivaa. Tuoksussa kotikaljaa. Etiketissä mainuttuja mausteita ja hedelmiä en juurikaan löydä mausta. Pehmeän löysä ja matalahappoinen. Loppumaun makeus ja alkoholi on hyvä.

Elokuvaeväiden kanssa mausteinen saison testiin. Tuoksu on kanelinen, korianteri löytyy myös. Kevyt marjaisuus taustalla. Maku on alusta saisonmaisen hapan, hiivaisuutta ja perään makea maltaisuus johon sekoittuu hapanta marjaisuutta (puolukkaa). Loppua kohti happamuutta ja mausteita eli kaneli ja korianteri. Vähän sekava paletti, vaikkakin kaikki luvattu löytyy. Erikoinen olut🤔
