PALM 0.0 is a refreshing Belgian alcohol-free beer, full of character due to the use of hops from our own fields. The selected malts give the beer its typical amber colour.

A non-alc pre-sauna beer. The beer pours as lucid copper. The carbonation is relatively limited and releases a creamy head that grows two fingers tall. The long retention maintains the foamy crown for a long time while allowing it to cling to the glass and form wavy lacings.
A biscuity scent. Contains malt extract, Digestive and sugar. Not particularly inviting.
The taste gives malt, a bit of malt extract, biscuit, orange peel and a faint sugary vibe. Okay for a non-alc beer, and I especially appreciate the absence of oversweetness, but the taste profile is still fairly standard for this type of beer.
The body is thin. The end is marginally less sweet than the actual taste, otherwise no big difference there. And it's also very short-lived.
The mouthfeel is thin, watery, modestly crisp, bulky and uninspiring. Fails to deliver anything more than what the standard industrial non-alc beers do.

Makeahko ja aika mauton.
Hieman kuitenkin oikeaa oluen makuakin mukana. Jälkimaussa veden jälkeen alkaa mallas maistumaan.
