Nice dark head. Dark color with reddish reflects. Medium carbonatation with thin bubbles. Roasted malt smell. Hints of coffee. .8 Gentle attack with a creamy perspective. We have coffee notes as well. .9 Then the peanut butter starts to express itself along with roasted malt notes. The peanut butter is there but does not overtake the other aromas. It's well balanced and it really blends in perfectly by adding a little something without it being too much. It is the icing on the cake of this beer. 1 The aftertaste offers a gentle and controlled bitterness, along with coffee and roasted malt aromas. The peanut butter is still a bit there and blends in perfectly again. .9 All over that is a beer that totally keeps its promises. We have a nice imperial stout with roasted malt and coffee aromas that are highlighted by a nice peanut butter presence. Good work! .9
