Definitely mild but it does have a slight roasted flavour along with a mild dryness and bitterness. An enjoyable ale if you are looking for an easy drinking beer

I've said before how my go to back in the day in Brum was mild. It's rare round these parts so when my local CoOp had some in as a seasonal ale, I stocked up! A pretty good version. Takes me back.
