Wow. First you think “oh god why”, but it really grows on you. There’s a lot happening in both nose and mouth, and it stays with you for a long time. Quite an experience.

Interesting. It does grow on you actually. You can really taste the thyme, and it's dominant over the other flavours. It's a memorable flavour, that I keep going back to.
