Sauna warming beer. Also a bit of swimming ahead. The rainy weather has killed the ice layer, no need to saw a hole there. The beer looks fully impenetrable, deep orange. Like carrot juice basically. The emerging head is first creamy, exceeding three fingers, and melts then quickly to zero. The scent gives what it promises: mango and pineapple alternate so that, once, it's mango that dominates until pineapple takes the lead, and vice versa. I'm also imagining carrot but it's likely a hallucination. Wheat malt accompanies a suggestion of lactic acid. Mango wins on the tongue. It actually wins by a hefty margin. I can also find passionfruit, tangerine, a whisper of pineapple, wheat malt and lactic acid. The body is light-medium to medium. That's nice! The end is fruity, the components don't change at this stage. The mouthfeel is medium, juicy, tropical, a tad tart, acidic and slightly puckering.

Maukas sour

Aavistus ananasta ja reilummin mangoa. Raikas ja helposti juotava olut. Edellinen inkivääriolut oli hieman pettymys, mutta jälleen onnistunut olut coolheadilta.

Hyvä sour

Raikasta ja hapanta trooppista hedelmämehua, ananasta ja mangoa, on hyvää.
