Mór? Mór.
A nice pour giving a nice body of amber with moderate carbonation and a single finger of firm, off white foam. Scents are sweet, doughy bread at first, with further investigation giving caramel malt and sweet biscuit. Two notes that have as much in common with the bread note as they do differences. A nice balance of contrast and familiarity.
Mouthfeel is smooth, slightly faomy with no remaining hints of the carbonation that featured during the initial pour. A light syrup texture emerges in place of all of thr above but it is for the individual to decide which suits the flavour profile better.
The taste is doughy bread, but with the sweet element diluted to extinction. The sweet biscuit is present but again, not as sweet as the scent and lots of dry cracker emerges out of this to round the lot into a nice balance.
A nice beer, not sure how it rates as a Bock, but as a red ale it is very nice.
