In this hazy and juicy Pale Ale, we used plenty of Citra in different formats to really showcase what this wonderful hop is all about. We used whole cone and YCH DynaBoost hot side before drop hopping with Haas Citra LUPOMAX for an intense Citra hit. Expect plenty of citrus fruit with a tempered bitterness - just enough to bring you back for another sip!

Disappointing. Perhaps there’s just too much Citra going on here, but the overall effect is floral, almost sour and a bit soapy-feeling.
