Following the success of Hinterland Hazy, we’re over the moon to introduce the second instalment of our All-Australian Hops Series. Hinterland Big Pale is a full-flavoured, limited edition, and well-balanced Pale Ale lighting up the Southern Cross with Aussie Eclipse and Vic Secret hops. Our Big Pale has a low malt profile, with light tropical notes of mandarin and pineapple, and sits at 5.6% ABV. Almost too good to share – but best enjoyed chilled, in good company.
