Tropical IPA infused with Mango, Pineapple and Coconut. A lightly hazy base with Citra hops for its underlying tropical qualities. We start early with the additions, throwing desiccated coconut into the mash tun for both flavour and an extra slick mouthfeel. We throw mango and pineapple puree into the fermenter late in fermentation before conditioning on even more coconut.
