Tom Joy's series was stout-focused, with the majority of them featuring coffee as well. We've taken this and come up with a crowd-friendly 6% interpretation of a mocha coffee. Ground beans from our friendly local roasters Chipp Coffee and a cacao emulsion courtesy of York Cocoa House.
