We even have hints of chocolate and raspberry! This is delicious. 1 The aftertaste is also amazing with a bit of sourness and astringence together with cake pastry aromas and berry hints. It's very well balanced and pretty complex. It could be a wee bit more powerful but that's a detail. .9 Overall this beer is great! The sourness and astringence highlight and accompany the aromas beautifully. I'm just missing a bit of the "cheese" cheesecake flavour but that's a detail. .9
