Very carbonated. No head. Nice reddish colour. The smell is tart, sweet, floury and fruity (raspberry). Nice smell! .9 The attack is very floury, with a nice pastry dimension. .9 Then we keep the pastry perspective with sweet and cake aromas. We also have nice raspberry hints. The sourness is well present and does a good job at highlighting the aromas I described before. .9 The aftertaste is fruity (raspberry) and has some pastry dimension. .8 Overall, a nice beer with good raspberry taste and nice pastry perspectives. It could be more complex but at least it's keeping its promises and it's not very high in alcohol. .8
