Tart, tart, tart. With a liquorice tang and a lingering but pleasantly sweet aftertaste. Reminds me a bit of those 'sweetfire beetroot' mixed with chocolate. It's freezing outside and this warms the cockles, so extra marks for that. Also goes well with a prosciutto grilled cheese sandwich. Moorish.
